The Greyt House is a rental property in the town of Greyton, designed as a quiet retreat for couples, families and weekend travellers. Ahead of its launch, the owners sought a brand presence that felt personal and welcoming, something that could better the guest experience while distinguishing the home within a growing rental market.

The identity needed to work across digital platforms, printed materials and a range of in-home applications. We began with a logotype paired with a hand-drawn illustration of the house, turning the property itself into a simple, recognisable mark. This was supported by a set of icons capturing the experiences available to guests and a warm palette drawn from the surrounding landscape.

The system was extended into templates for digital use as well as tactile pieces for the homes signage, stationery, thank-you cards and patterned wrapping paper giving the brand a steady presence throughout the stay. The result is an identity that feels rooted in place, reflecting the  serence character of the house while offering guests a thoughtful and consistent experience.
