Building a Brand and Digital Presence for a Legal and Advisory Group

Aguela is a Cape Town–based consultancy providing legal and advisory services across fisheries management, environmental law, and eco-tourism. They approached us with an outdated logo that no longer reflected their global credibility, coastal heritage, or long-standing professionalism.
They sought a new identity that was detail-oriented, confident, and out-of-the-box to match their legal and advisory services.

Together with our favourite brand consultant, Ané Swart, we developed a visual identity “anchored” in a refined serif logotype, paired with a strong “A” monogram that subtly references the marine world. Intentionally made to be minimal yet symbolic, evoking the quiet strength and precision of Aguela’s work.
